Ingcebo expands into short-term income-generating assets such as delivery bikes and perfume business investments. The stokvel also secures its first villa at Seasons Resort, marking a milestone in long-term property investments.
Scaling and Structuring for Growth
More high-value acquisitions are made, including additional villas at Seasons Resort and hotel rooms at Sharkbay and Seasons Hotel. Governance structures are strengthened to ensure sustainable management and full member transparency.
