Razia Adam is a Mining professional from South Africa. Studied Geology to Masters level, MAP with INSEAD Business School in France. An advisor for the BRICS CCI Youth Committee for BRICS nations (Brazil, South Africa, Russia, India, and China).

Has just over 20 years experience as a geologist, project manager and strategist for three industry leading mining companies and DFI in South Africa. Razia has solid familiarity with multiple stages in Mining, Commercial Sales Marketing, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Business Strategy for various commodities such as coal, gold manganese, and mineral exploration.
Razia is cofounder of Kukhanya Women’s Investment Group, Umnotho Wethu Properties company and Ingcebo BMCA.

Indiphile Koen is a Technology executive with a passion for building wealth and debt free living from South Africa. She studied Computer Science and holds a Masters in Commerce from UJ, BCom Honors from Unisa and BCom Computer Science from UWC & has done extensive leadership training with GIBS . She is currently a Doctoral candidate & her research topic is focusing on Digital Transformation of the Stokvel industry.

Has over 27 years experience as a technology professional & executive leader across both the private and public sector having worked for Old Mutual, DeBeers, DME, Nestle, FSCA & now SARS.
Indiphile is the cofounder of Ingcebo BMCA and a sole Director of her own property investing company KuKwaIndi, that manages her personal property portfolio.

Baxolile Zwane is an oil industry professional hailing from a finance background. She began her career in banking and the FMCG sector, working in financial and management accounting. From 1997 to 2017, she built 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on trading, supply, and logistics. In the final six years of her corporate career, she served in an executive role, gaining exposure to the full value chain, i.e. Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream. In 2018, she founded eMangweni Business Solutions, an oil and gas training academy, where she currently serves as CEO. Through this venture, she continues to share her expertise by empowering others entering or operating within the industry. Baxolile brings strong leadership, strategic insight, and commercial acumen to both her business and her role within the stokvel.

Sechaba Tsubella is a development finance professional. He holds a MSc (Eng) Chem from Wits and MEng Technology Management from UP. He has 16 years experience spanning from manufacturing, research and development, technology development and commercialization and development finance.

Lorraine Matsiela is a Geoscientist professional with 18 years’ working experience in private and public entities, 16 continuous in mining. She has experience and understanding of the mining Value chain from Pit to Product.

She is passionate about financial literacy and enjoys helping people grow their knowledge. Lorraine is an active member of Ingcebo BMCA Stokvel, involved in different investments, and supports the team with her strong admin and communication skills.

Lehlohonolo Moqekela is a Mining Engineer with experience in Management consulting – especially in public sector strategy, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement. He has led and supported projects across government institutions, applying structured methodologies to drive impact.

He is the Co-founder and CEO of NELiNA (Pty) Ltd, a youth-led African mining-tech startup using drones and AI to transform mineral exploration. His entrepreneurial work focuses on sustainable, tech-enabled solutions that address Africa’s critical resource challenges. Lehlohonolo is the SMES President 2023, a Harvard Aspire Leadership Program alumnus, and an IB Diploma graduate. He is also a Canon SA award-winning photographer. Joining Communications Team, he brings a unique blend of technical insight, consulting expertise, and storytelling to shape narratives that inform and inspire.
